The American Movie

     This documentary is great. It is chock-full of crazy characters from the main subject: Mark Borchardt. He is trying to make a horror movie named Northwestern but, eventually settles for making a 30 minute short film called Coven. It is all about him trying to borrow money from his uncle and the ups and downs of him making a low-budget movie. I won't go into it anymore detail just that it is a wacky documentary and you need to check it out.

     Let the madness of this documentary drive you to create your most badass project yet. Oh, and enjoy the shit out of your life.

Gram Parsons, Rock 'n' Country for you Fools

     Gram Parsons was mysterious and also his genius. If you don't know who he is, he was an integral part of the Flying Burrito Brothers and The Byrds. He was only with The Byrds for one album but is believed to be responsible for their change in sound on the Sweetheart of the Rodeo album.

New Ink and Marker Artwork

     I've been playing around with Crayola markers and ink. I like the results and its always nice to discover a new way of working.
